Kirsty Dace
Chief Development Officer
Before embarking on a career in business, Kirsty studied Applied Physics at Strathclyde University. Her first job was with Cadburys working in the sales team before moving to brewing giants, Scottish and Newcastle.
In 2009, Kirsty moved to healthcare, working for Bupa in their Care Home division and became Managing Director for their homes in Scotland and the North of England. She then assumed the role of Transformation Director for the entire UK business and was responsible for the separation of the Care Homes business, which was sold to HC-One and a sizable cost transformation project which followed the acquisition of Oasis Dental.
In 2018, Kirsty moved to the Clyde Munro Dental Group as Chief Development Officer leading the acquisitions strategy as well as overseeing integration and commercial projects.
Outside of work Kirsty enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends and her two chocolate labradors. She also enjoys Pilates, yoga and running.
