Clyde Munro Patient Contact Centre
Clyde Munro’s Patient Contact Centre, operating out of City Dental, has begun to expand and grow rapidly over the course of the last two months. It is with this in mind, along with the recent addition of practices to the Clyde Munro group, that we would like to remind you of the function of this team and how they can support the practices effectively.
The Patient Contact Centre primarily focus on supporting practices with their recalls and lapsed patients, lists are generated from SOE with contact details of these patients which the call centre will call in order to encourage them to revisit the practice or to book a routine check-up if they are overdue. This will, ideally, free up time for practice teams to delegate more time to in-practice duties.
