Clyde Munro Support Centre – Operational Marketing Coordinator

 

The Operational Marketing Coordinator will play an integral part in supporting the operations department to deliver marketing campaigns and events to support growth within our dental practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and looking to develop their marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.  Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), with a line of communication to our Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to expand and grow your skill set.  Based at our Head Office Glasgow City Centre, you will be required to regularly travel around Scotland spending time at our expanding portfolio of dental practices.

This role is varied and key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist the COO and Practice teams in the implementation and delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Create awareness and lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain and update various marketing channels including the company website and social media channels
  • Take ownership of practice specific events and marketing campaigns
  • Optimise marketing strategy and campaign execution at each of our dental practices
  • Assist in creation of promotional materials, including brochures, leaflets adverts (print and digital)
  • Researching and reporting ensuring all tracking is completed after events and marketing campaigns
  • Data Management
  • Produce reports for COO and Marketing Manager
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity is maintained at all times

Essential

  • A Marketing Degree (or other relevant degree) and at least 1 year’s marketing experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven project management experience, including knowledge within events
  • Able to work effectively under pressure where priorities may change throughout the day
  • IT literate including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and natural problem-solving ability
  • A full driver’s license
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be willing to work the occasional evening or weekend when events require
  • Ability to execute operational marketing strategies that help drive revenue goals
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills to ensure buy in from the team

This is a full time, permanent position.

The ideal candidate must be qualified with current GDC registration and have experience of working in a busy practice.  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential along with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.  Software of Excellence (SOE) experience is essential with experience in Orthodontics is desirable. The position is full-time, permanent and available to start in October.
