Clyde Munro Dental Group are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join their fantastic team in Halo Dental Clinic as Practice Manager. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential along with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care. Experience in dentistry is desirable but not essential. The position is full-time, permanent and available to start immediately!

Support Centre

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will play an integral part in the marketing department to deliver campaigns and events to support the company’s rapid growth in the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and looking to develop their marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to expand and grow your skill set.  You will be based at our Head Office in Glasgow City Centre but will be required to travel.

This role is varied and key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist the marketing team
  • Create awareness and lead generation campaigns
  • Manage social media platforms and company websites
  • Take ownership of events and marketing campaigns
  • Optimise marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Assist in creation of promotional materials, including brochures, leaflets adverts (print and digital)
  • Competitor analysis
  • Produce reports for Marketing Manager
  • Any other duties as required

Essential

  • A Marketing Degree (or other relevant degree) and at least 1 year’s marketing experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven project management experience, including knowledge within events
  • Able to work effectively under pressure where priorities may change throughout the day
  • IT literate including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and natural problem-solving ability
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be willing to work the occasional evening or weekend when events require
  • Ability to design and execute marketing strategies that help drive revenue goals
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills to ensure buy in from the team

Desirable

  • A full driver’s license

This is a full-time permanent position.
