We offer a wide variety of treatments
We appreciate that everyone is different and so we offer a variety of services to suit a range of dental needs. From general dental care for all the family to cosmetic dentistry such as tooth whitening, we have the experience to deliver all you require to enjoy a healthy smile. Whether you need crowns, bridges, veneers, fillings or dentures – we can provide it.
Over the years, the team has gone from strength to strength, expanding from very small beginnings to now working three full-time surgeries. We strive to build long-term relationships, educating and working with our patients to establish and maintain good oral health. This also enables us to work towards more advanced and cosmetic dental care to suit each individual’s needs and wishes.
We welcome new patients
We are very pleased to welcome both new NHS and private patients to our practice. At your initial examination, we will comprehensively assess the health of your teeth, gums and all other oral tissues, taking any X-rays we feel necessary. Your dentist will discuss with you any treatment options during this appointment and, if necessary, a further appointment will be made. By explaining the options fully, we enable you to make an informed decision about your future care. You will be given a written report, cost estimate, advice sheet and treatment plan as required. After this we will also agree on how often we would like to see you for routine examinations and hygienist visits. Once you have been seen and any required treatment completed, you will have the opportunity to join our monthly payment care plan. This is an affordable way to achieve ongoing high-quality dental care.

At Clyde Munro, we understand that private dentistry is an investment – one that we endeavour to make possible for everyone. We keep our treatment prices fair and reasonable so that all our patients can access not just the treatments they need, but the treatments they want.
NHS dental examinations in Scotland are free of charge for everyone (though we may charge for failed appointments if no advance notice is given). Following your examination, you will be advised of any treatment required and the likely cost, unless you are eligible for free NHS dentistry. We accept NHS patients if they are exempt from paying under the terms of the NHS, otherwise patients may pay as they go or join our dental plan.
Keep your teeth and gums healthy with Clyde Munro Essentials, an easy (and affordable) way to keep up the great habit of regular dental check-ups and hygiene appointments without the worry of unexpected bills.
By partnering with Chrysalis Finance, Clyde Munro is able to offer our patients a simple and affordable way to spread the cost of your dental treatment with a low-interest loan. Simply use our calculator to work out an affordable monthly payment or ask at reception for a loan application.
”“The pleasant, professional atmosphere gives confidence that the treatment provided can be relied upon. The practice also has a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, adding to the feeling of competence. There is a high standard of communication between the surgeon and the patient and this gives confidence that any treatment will be appropriate. I would and have recommended the practice to others.”J.M. Cults
