This year, we’re proud to be celebrating 10 years of Clyde Munro Dental Group -marking a decade of growth, innovation and commitment to improving oral health across Scotland.
Founded in 2015 by our Founder and CEO, Jim Hall, we’ve grown from a standing start to become Scotland’s leading dental group. Today, we operate 65 practices spanning from the Orkney Islands to the Scottish Borders, with our headquarters based in Glasgow. We now provide dental care to more than 500,000 patients every year, representing around 10% of the Scottish population.
We’re passionate about delivering inclusive dental care to both NHS and private patients. Across our practices, we offer everything from routine check-ups to advanced treatments, including complex implant systems, orthodontics and oral surgery. We’re also proud to be home to our Advanced Dentistry and Clinical Skills Centre in Perth, where world-class digital technology supports training and professional development for dental professionals.
Reflecting on this milestone, our Founder and CEO, Jim Hall, said:
“We’re incredibly proud of how far Clyde Munro has come in just 10 years. Every day, patients walk into our practices seeking care, reassurance and confidence, and leave feeling supported and looked after. Being able to make a real difference to people’s lives is a privilege.”
Today, we employ around 300 dentists and 500 support staff, with local teams embedded in the communities they serve. Over the past decade, we’ve supported more than 100 dentists through vocational training, helping to develop the next generation of dental professionals.
We know that access to dental care remains a key challenge across Scotland. Over the past year alone, we’ve welcomed 15 new dentists to the group, enabling around 40,000 additional patients to access dental services.
Jim added:
“Care is at the heart of everything we do — care for our patients, our people and our communities. As we look to the future, we remain focused on growing responsibly, investing in advanced technology and continuing to improve access to high-quality dental care across Scotland.”
As we enter our next decade, we remain committed to driving positive change in oral health and delivering the very best patient experience across the country.
