Louise Reeves

Louise brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Clyde Munro Dental Group, including more than 12 years in senior management and operational leadership positions.

Having started her career as a qualified dental nurse, Louise has progressed through a variety of leadership roles, developing a deep understanding of both clinical practice and the commercial operations of a successful dental business. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Portman Dentex Group, one of the UK’s largest privately focused dental groups.

Throughout her career, Louise has remained passionate about putting patients and people at the heart of everything she does. Known for her calm, fair and decisive leadership style, she has a strong track record in developing high-performing teams, driving operational improvements and delivering sustainable growth.

Louise believes that the best patient care starts with supporting and empowering the people who deliver it. Her approach combines clear accountability and a focus on performance with a genuine commitment to creating a positive, people-first culture.

She was drawn to Clyde Munro by its strong community values, commitment to innovation and ambition to deliver outstanding dental care across Scotland. Louise is passionate about building on these foundations, supporting colleagues and clinicians, and ensuring Clyde Munro continues to lead the way in Keeping Scotland Smiling.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, alongside the family’s newest addition, Rodney the puppy, who is keeping everyone on their toes!
