Sessions

To include as many valuable topics as possible, we’ll be running two CPD sessions side by side throughout the day. Please refer to the agenda below to view the topics available during each time slot. As the sessions run concurrently, you can only attend one session per time slot, so please choose the topic that interests you most.

Once you’ve made your selection, follow the booking link to the Advanced Dentistry and Clinical Skills Centre website. You’ll need to complete the booking form for each session you wish to attend, so that you can receive your CPD certificate.

Please note, spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Speakers

Dr Alejandra Lasser & Oliver Tintorini

Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer, Lupin Dental

Alejandra and Oliver are leading the transformation of aesthetic dentistry through the Lupin Robotic System — a pioneering technology that empowers dentists of all experience levels to deliver complex treatments with greater ease and precision.

Together, they are redefining clinical excellence by making advanced dental procedures more predictable, accessible, and efficient. Their mission is to democratise high-quality dentistry and raise global standards in patient care, outcomes, and satisfaction, bridging the gap between expertise and accessibility.

Dr Barry Oulton

The Confident Dentist

Dr Barry Oulton is the go-to dental coach for growing your practice, more patients, more income, more balance. A dentist, business owner, and mentor, Barry helps practice owners and associates boost patient satisfaction, five-star reviews, and referrals. He grew his practice from £250,000 to over £1 million in turnover, working just 3.5 days a week with a hygienist – all through outstanding patient care and team communication, with no implants, ortho, or marketing spend.

Dr Douglas Sheasby

Dr Sheasby researched forensic posture distortion in skin, publishing on bite mark classification, analysis challenges, and evidence-based methods. He contributed to forensic textbooks, lectured globally, and mentored odontologists.

As an expert witness, he supported both Crown and Defence. He served as President of the British Association for Forensic Odontology and advised bodies including Police Scotland, the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, and the Universities of Dundee and Glamorgan

Niall McGoldrick

Niall qualified BDS in 2013 from Dundee and gained MFDS in 2015. He completed core training across multiple dental specialties and a year with SDCEP. In 2022, he completed specialty training and a Master’s in Dental Public Health with Distinction, becoming a Fellow of RCPSG.

Now a Clinical Lecturer and Honorary Consultant, he leads NHS Scotland’s oral health programmes for vulnerable groups, teaches at Dundee, and researches early detection of oral cavity cancer.

This is more than just a dinner – it’s a chance to celebrate our shared achievements, catch up with colleagues, and dance the night away.

Enjoy a three-course meal followed by two live bands – ‘Drums N Roses’ and ‘Lost Angels’.

If you’d like to attend, please RSVP accordingly so we can save you a seat!
