Frederick Dental Practice

Amy-Beth graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2013 and did her 1-year Vocational training in Kilmarnock. After that, she landed her first associate position in Saltcoats before joining Frederick Dental Practice in 2015.

Since then, Amy-Beth has completed a year-long restorative course as well as several courses concentrating on anterior and posterior composite (white filling) restorations and anterior and posterior prep courses, improving her preps for veneers, crowns and bridges. She recently completed an anterior composite masterclass, improving her composite bonding skills and is excited to be able to offer patients quality, aesthetic restorations.

When not working, Amy-Beth’s 2 children – Oliver and Emily – keep her very busy and in her spare time loves making her daughter hair bows.

Chris qualified from Newcastle dental school in 2006. He then moved to Scotland that’s same year and continued his dental career and then joined Frederick Dental Practice in 2008. Chris’ favourite thing about being a dentist is performing emergency care and helping patients in their time of need.

Chris is a dog dad and spends a lot of his free time walking and caring for his two dogs, Podrick and Esmee!

Kate graduated in 2002 from Silesian Medical University in Zabrze, Poland. In 2006 she moved to Scotland joining the Special Care in Dentistry Team, providing care to medically compromised, anxious, and vulnerable adults.  She joined Fredericks in June 2023.

In her spare time she enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking and hosting, as well as variety of outdoor activities.

Laura graduated from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in General Dentistry. For a few years, she worked in Lithuania’s capital, Vilnius, practicing private dentistry. In 2015, she decided to move to Scotland and has been working as a dentist in Greenock since then. Laura has a special interest in restorative dentistry, short-term orthodontics, and clear aligner treatments. She continually attends hands-on courses and lectures to extend her knowledge and skills. Laura is passionate about her work and aims to provide the best care and treatment to all her patients.

Outside working hours, Laura loves spending time outdoors with her family, especially Munro bagging, cycling, and long walks with her dog.

Cynthia is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular focus on restorative dentistry and oral surgery.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her enjoying the outdoors or playing a spirited game of ultimate frisbee.
