Emma O’Shea

Emma has over 24 years’ experience working in dentistry across the UK, Australia and New Zealand in mix model practices, across independent practice and dental groups. Emma joined Clyde Munro in 2017 as an Area Manager before taking on multiple leadership roles and becoming the Chief Operations Officer for the group.  Emma has the overall responsibility to ensure the group establishes and maintains operational standards and clinical compliance whilst working closely to develop dental teams across the group. She is incredibly passionate about working within dentistry, providing support to practices on their unique needs and providing growth opportunities across all sites.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 boys and dog Molly.
