Nicola has more than seven years experience within HR and in 2015, undertook a Masters in Human Resource Management to further her knowledge and understanding of employee engagement and business culture.
She was promoted to Head of Human Resources at Clyde Munro in 2020, following her initiatives and work on employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nicola has a proven track record in improving employee engagement, engaging key stakeholders and senior management teams to create true collaboration by setting direction and creating culture.
Nicola is responsible for the overall people strategy for the Clyde Munro, focusing on recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee engagement, employer relations as well as compensation and benefits. She plays a key role in building out a strong talent pipeline as the Group embarks on its ambitious expansion plans.
Outside of work she has a passion for travelling and socialising with friends and family.
