Nicola Logan
Chief People Officer
Nicola has more than seven years experience within HR and in 2015, undertook a Masters in Human Resource Management to further her knowledge and understanding of employee engagement and business culture.
She joined Clyde Munro in 2019 and in 2020, was promoted to Head of Human Resources following her initiatives and work on employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nicola has a proven track record in improving employee engagement and engaging key stakeholders and senior management teams to create true collaboration by setting direction.
Now as Chief People Officer, Nicola is responsible for the overall people strategy for Clyde Munro – overseeing HR, training and development, talent management, recruitment, culture and communication. She is passionate about driving employee engagement and culture and plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline as the Group embarks on its ambitious expansion plans.
Outside of work, she has a passion for travelling and socialising with friends and family.
